Candida Stevens is an ICF-accredited Life Coach and Human Givens Psychotherapist. Through this work she noticed that many clients were experiencing sleep difficulties. Recognizing the vital role of healthy sleep in optimal living, health and wellbeing and any kind of recovery, she trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) with the University of Oxford. CBT-I is clinically proven and recommended by the NHS and American College of Physicians as the first-line treatment for insomnia.
