I am a Registered Psychotherapist and an ICF-accredited Life Coach. I initially specialised in burnout, prevention and recovery. Through this work I noticed that many clients were experiencing sleep difficulties. Recognizing the vital role of healthy sleep in optimal living, health and wellbeing and any kind of recovery, I trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) with the University of Oxford.
As a Life Coach and Psychotherapist I specialise in the nervous system and its common associations; Burnout, ADHD, Insomnia & Loss of Confidence.
